Tonya Crum

After 22 years of providing care for patients at Logan Regional Medical Center as an RN, Director of Inpatient Rehab, and Director of Nursing, Tonya Crum decided to take an even more active role in patient care as a nurse practitioner. She recently joined the Logan Regional Primary Care team and is excited to welcome new patients to her practice. Tonya provides family medicine and women's health services that include adult medicine, management of chronic medical conditions, preventative medicine/annual exams, walk-ins for acute illness or injury. Tonya welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
